We are all deeply saddened with the tragic earthquake has hit southern Türkiye. The 7.8 magnitude earthquake claimed the lives of over 42,000 people after the deadly

earthquake at around 04:17 am local time in February 6, 2023, left more than 100,000 injured and affected 13 million people living in 10 Cities and unfortunately

these numbers are expected to continue to increase!

Earthquake also destroyed countless homes, buildings and critical infrastructure.

The victims of the earthquake in Türkiye urgently need your help for their recovery from this catastrophe!

Turkish - American Communities and organizations across the country along with many other organizations, companies, universities, local, state and federal governments have already stepped up to support those who need immediate help to survive!

As Turkish American Association of Alabama, we have been working hand-in-hand with the other organizations including Assembly of Turkish American Associations ( www.ATAA.org ), Turkish Embassy in Washington and Turkish General Consulate Houston in the US and Turkish Airlines since day one to help the the victims of the deadly earthquake in Turkiye.
